RESEARCH SOUND MONITORING SYSTEM USING MULTI SENSOR FOR MILITARY PURPOSES

Abstract

Target positioning is an extremely important task in most military operations.
This paper introduces the sound monitoring, collecting and multi-sensor processing
system on electronic circuit technology, processing multi-sensor audio spectrum on
the basis of Fourie transform to identify the characteristics of the sound source
system. Then, the information is combined to detect the emission source direction
to determine the targets that emit noise, providing additional passive target
positioning from the received audio signal for patrol groups, reconnaissance
groups, monitoring stations, guard stations, monitoring stations, combat groups...
for military purposes, security and defense.
