EVALUATION THE INFLUENCE OF THE FACTORS THAT AFFECTING THE BUSINESS OPERATION EFFICIENCY OF THE COMPANIES LOCATED IN NAM DINH PROVINCE

Abstract

Companies’ business operation efficiency is an important index interesting many researchers and managers. It shows the result and cost to achieve that outcome,
as well as the level and ability to utilize the resources during the business operation of the company. Business operation efficiency of a company measured by financial
indexes (such as ROA, ROE, ROI, etc..) and non-financial aspects (customers, internal procedures, development training..). This article is to evaluate the influence of
factors that affecting the business operation efficiency of the companies located in Nam Dinh province considering both financial and non-financial aspects. The research
uses quantitative method and SPSS 26 data processing software, through estimating the linear regression model based on 520 feebacks of companies located in Nam
Dinh province in 2020. The research result shows factors both financial and non-financial that affecting company’s business operation efficiency respectively are: (1)
Human resource usage, (2) Market orientation, (3) Information technology, (4) Local policy, (5) Capital approaching and using, (6) Government policy. Accordingly, the
article proposes some proper measures for managers to increase the business operation efficiency of companies located in Nam Dinh province.
