Abstract

Besides the other inputs of production and business activities, humans are still essential and indispensable. International economic integration makes competition fierce on all fronts, so competition for human resources in the technical field is also taking place harshly in the export wood processing industry. Studying the motivation of technical staff to play an important role in attracting and retaining people with professional and technical qualifications is essential for export wood processing enterprises in Binh Dinh province. The research method used the exploratory factor analysis method with interview data of 260 technical staff in export wood processing enterprises in Binh Dinh province. Research results has shown there are 07 factors that affect the motivation of technical staff in the wood processing enterprises in Binh Dinh province's exports are: Wages and benefits, working conditions, training and development, relationships with colleagues, leadership style, stability in work, work autonomy. In particular, the working conditions are factors that have the strongest impact. The results obtained from the research are an important suggestion in developing appropriate strategies and plans in human resource management in export wood processing enterprises in Binh Dinh province.
