Abstract
In the process of developing country in the period of transition to socialism, especially in order to handle difficulties after Vietnamese revolution won, Ho Chi Minh considered economic development mission as the most important one. Of which, the Uncle emphasized the role of production promotion in combination with thrift practice and socialist accumulation, and simultaneously continuous maintenance of economic development task as anti-embezzlement, bureaucracy and waste causing obstacles for economic development. Among these factors, there is an intimate and close relationship with each other.
