Abstract

The objective of the study is to analyze the relationship of corporate social responsibility, job satisfaction and employee loyalty at YAZAKI EDS Vietnam Co., Ltd, branch of Tra Vinh province. With convenient sampling method, valid sample size of 310, Cronbach's Alpha scale reliability testing method, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), confirmation factor analysis (CFA) and tissue analysis. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used in the study. The results show that (1) Responsibility to customers, employees and environment positively affects employee job satisfaction; (2) Legal responsibility does not affect the employee's job satisfaction; (3) Job satisfaction positively affects the employee's loyalty. Since then, the author proposes governance implications to promote the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility of the company, and at the same time further improve the satisfaction and loyalty of employees at YAZAKI company
