Abstract
Based on surveying and assessing the current application of sports physiology in teaching practice, the study affirms its role in enhancing training effectiveness, developing physical fitness, and optimizing pedagogical methods. Accordingly, the author proposes solutions to apply sports physiology to practical sports courses at Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism in a more scientific, modern, and practice-oriented manner.
