Vietnam is a developing country, so, to mobilize domestic and foreign capital to the country's development is very important. However, in recent years, the debt crisis in Europe, but the focus is in Greece, has put a lot of issues to be considered, resolved when access to and use of this loan. This article analyzes the causes of the debt crisis in Greece, which offer the necessary degree of study for Vietnam in the use of public debt effectively.
