Abstract

Training human resources in general and training in particular have a large role in the restructuring of labor and human resource development. For one local has many advantages and economic potential, the property of a system of training facilities are developed as Da Nang, training exam and more convenient. Unfortunately, the last time in training, especially vocational training there are still many issues to discuss, such as the low rate trainees, industry structure is irrational, yet the quality of training high, less emphasis on vocational training for the services sector ... On the basis of analyzing the actual situation, clarify the cause, the article will address the issues that need tackling the job training in Da Nang development, contributing to the process of labor restructuring, implementation of effective transition and economic development of the city.
