Development of the real estate sector after the crisis: the experience of Thailand and Vietnam suggest

Abstract
The real estate sector is one of the largest sectors in total GDP contribution of a country. In Vietnam, in the period 2009 to the present, Vietnam real estate industry is in crisis and shows no sign of recovery. This article, the research experience handling real estate crisis in Thailand in 1997, and combined with the analysis of the situation and policies to support the real estate industry of Vietnam and made recommendations to help to support policies of the government are excellent for real estate market development and long-term sustainability.
