A number of financial measures to preserve and make the best use of Ha Long Bay as a world relic

Abstract

Ha Long Bay is one of well know famous natural places of interests in the world beauty for its unique features and has twice recognized by UNESCO (in December 1994 and November 2000). In order to preserve and develop it effectively these world relics and to respect our commitment to UNESCO, a number of measures are required, in which the financial measure play a major and special role .In this regard the author refers to a number of points as follows.

1. The features and cultural values of Ha Long's Bay;
2. The status and mobilization of financial sources to preserve and make the best use of ha Long Bay;
3. A number of main financial measures to preserve and make the best use of Ha Long Bay, some view points on how to mobilize and use the financial sources for the purpose.
