Training activities in Vietnamese enterprises: some suggestions from survey results

Abstract

Training is an important way to help businesses provide timely knowledge and skills to employees. The study utilized the survey data of training activities of nearly 1,000 Vietnamese enterprises conducted by the Ministry of Planning and Investment in 2012 to analyze and analyze the reasons for the lack of training of staff and some of the suggestions. Attention to the training of staff in the context of integration and globalization.
