Abstract

The retail market in Vietnam is considered by investors and market research companies to be one of the potential markets. However, after more than 20 years, supermarket chains in Vietnam have not developed adequately with market potential. In addition to some successful supermarket chains, many supermarkets are still open, but they have not yet developed their professionalism and have not even been thoroughly researched. This article evaluates the quality of retail services at supermarkets to provide a basis for assessing service quality for supermarkets; At the same time, the orientation of supermarket service quality management solution for supermarket managers in Hanoi.
