Some outstanding problems of land policy and challenges to Vietnam's agri-rural-farmer

Abstract

With the land policy during renovation period the Vietnamese farmers have their land-use rights; their agricultural production, rural and farmers' lives have improved.

In order to boost the agri-rural "triangle", namely, the development of agriculture, rural areas and farmers lives in the process of industrialization and modernization of the country and in the international economic integration, the outstanding problems in the land policy need to be overcome.
