Nhằm đáp ứng chiến lược nâng công suất, chất lượng của nhà máy nước mặt Việt Xuân giai đoạn 2025-2045 theo dự án cải thiện môi trường đầu tư tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc [1] và quy hoạch phát triển kinh tế xã hội thành phố Vĩnh Yên giai đoạn 2021-2025 tầm nhìn 2045 [2] hướng đến phát triển hệ thống hạ tầng đô thị xanh đã được phê duyệt, nhóm tác giả đã nghiên cứu đánh giá và đề xuất giải pháp ứng dụng tấm lọc AW Block để thay thế các chụp lọc đã cũ, cải tạo, nâng công suất nhà máy nước, đáp ứng yêu cầu: cấp đủ lưu lượng, liên tục và đạt chất lượng về đảm bảo cấp nước an toàn đã đặt ra trong tương lai. Kết quả nghiên cứu đã thực hiện đánh gia, so sánh hiện trạng và giải pháp ứng dụng thực tế tấm lọc AW Block về mặt kinh tế, kỹ thuật, môi trường và cho thấy được tính khả thi của việc áp dụng tại nhà máy nước Việt Xuân cũng như khả năng nhân rộng về giải pháp tại những công trình tương tự.
Abstract
In order to meet the strategy of increasing the capacity and quality of Viet Xuan surface water plant in the period 2025-2045 according to the project to improve the investment environment in Vinh Phuc province and the socio-economic development planning of Vinh Yen city in the period 2021- 2025 vision 2045 towards developing a green urban infrastructure system has been approved, the authors have researched, evaluated and proposed solutions to apply AW Block filters to replace old filter hoods, renovate and increase the capacity of the water plant, meeting the requirements: providing sufficient flow, continuously and achieving quality to ensure safe water supply set out in the future. The research results have evaluated and compared the current status and practical application solutions of AW Block filters in terms of economics, technique, and environment and shown the feasibility of application at water plants. Viet Xuan as well as the ability to replicate solutions in similar projects.
