Cấp nước đô thị là một trong những lĩnh vực quan trọng của hệ thống hạ tầng kỹ thuật đô thị, trong đó, hợp tác công tư (PPP) là sự lựa chọn hàng đầu của Việt Nam hiện nay trong lĩnh vực hạ tầng kỹ thuật, trong đó có cấp nước đô thị. Phát triển thành công hợp tác công tư trong lĩnh vực cấp nước đô thị ở Việt Nam sẽ là cơ hội nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ, đáp ứng nhu cầu thiết yếu của xã hội và phục vụ cho sự phát triển các đô thị Việt Nam. Vì vậy, để giảm bớt gánh nặng đầu tư cho ngân sách nhà nước trong lĩnh vức cấp nước, việc kêu gọi các nguồn lực từ khu vực tư nhân là rất cần thiết và là giải pháp hiệu quả nhất.

Abstract

Urban water supply is one of the key areas of the urban technical infrastructure system, in which public-private partnership (PPP) is currently Vietnam's top choice in the field oftechnical infrastructure, including urban water supply. Successfully developing public-private cooperation in the field of urban water supply in Vietnam will be an opportunity to improve service quality, meet the essential needs of society and supportthe development of Vietnamese urban areas. Therefore, to alleviate the investment burden on the state budget in the field of water supply, calling for resources from the private sector is very necessary and the most effective solution.
