Abstract

Từ năm 1993 đến nay, nguồn vốn ODA là một trong những nguồn vốn có vai trò rất quan trọng trong quá trình phát triển kinh tế - xã hội và xóa đói giảm nghèo ở Việt Nam. Nguồn vốn ODA là nguồn vốn thuộc ngân sách nhà nước, được phân bổ ưu tiên cho các lĩnh vực xây dựng cơ sở hạ tầng xã hội và hạ tầng kinh tế tại Việt Nam, trong đó có lĩnh vực phát triển đô thị. Bài báo nghiên cứu thực trạng sử dụng nguồn vốn ODA trong phát triển một số đô thị lớn tại Việt Nam trong giai đoạn từ năm 2016 đến nay, kết quả đó góp phần quan trọng trong việc đề xuất một số giải pháp cần thiết nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả sử dụng nguồn vốn ODA trong phát triển đô thị Việt Nam trong thời gian tới.

Abstract

Since 1993, ODA capital has been one of the capital sources that has played a significant role in socioeconomic development and poverty reduction in Vietnam. ODA is a source of capital from the state budget and is allocated priority to the areas of social and economic infrastructure construction in Vietnam, including urban development. The paper studies the reality of using ODA in the development of several major urban areas in Vietnam from 2016 to the present, which contributes significantly to the proposal of a number of necessary solutions to improve the efficiency of ODA capital in Vietnam’s urban development in the near future.
