Viet Nam is one of the countries which is affected seriously by climate change. The impact of climate change is even faster than expected. Therefore, this is necessary to have an assessment of the current situation and accurate forecasts to have suitable solutions. In recent years, the Cuu Long River Delta often face with extreme factors of climate change which cause many negative impacts to all sectors such as economy, industry, agriculture, security and defense… Therefore, this research about the affections of climate change to spatial organization in the army quarters is necessary.

Abstract
