Đối với các trường đại học, nguồn tài liệu nội sinh ngày càng đóng vai trò quan trọng với công tác đào tạo, nghiên cứu khoa học và thực hành sản xuất của mỗi trường. Nguồn tài liệu này ngày càng tăng về số lượng, đa dạng về loại hình và môn ngành tài liệu tùy thuộc vào quy mô đào tạo, chuyên ngành đào tạo cũng như các hình thức đào tạo của các trường. Tổ chức quản lý và khai thác nguồn tài liệu này đang là bài toán đặt ra với các trường đại học. Bài viết này, tác giả phân tích hiện trạng và đề xuất một số giải pháp để thu thập, quản lý, khai thác tốt nguồn tài liệu nội sinh tại trường Đại học Kiến trúc Hà Nội.

Abstract

For universities, endogenous documents play a very important role in the training, researching and technology transferring of each university. The endogenous documents are increasing in number, variety of types and subjects, that is all depending on the training scale, training majors as well as forms of training of the university. Organizing the management and exploitation of this resources are currently a problem posed to universities. In this paper, I analyze the current state and propose a number of solutions to collect, manage and exploit endogenous documents at the Hanoi Architectural University.
