Phương pháp phân tích đường bao dữ liệu (DEA) - phân tích hiệu quả hoạt động sản xuất của các tổ chức, doanh nghiệp đã được nghiên cứu, sử dụng khá nhiều trong các bài báo, công trình nghiên cứu khoa học quốc tế về kinh tế. Tuy nhiên, ở Việt Nam, đặc biệt trong lĩnh vực quản lý đô thị, phương pháp này còn mới, ít được tiếp cận, áp dụng trong các nghiên cứu đánh giá hiệu quả quản lý các dự án phát triển đô thị. Tác giả giới thiệu việc áp dụng phương pháp này để phân tích và đo lường hiệu quả quản lý các dự án phát triển đô thị.

Abstract

Data envelope analysis (DEA) - analyzing the efficiency of production activities of organizations and enterprises has been studied and used quite a lot in articles and international scientific research. economy. However, in Vietnam, especially in the field of urban management, this method is still new, rarely accessed and applied in studies evaluating the effectiveness of management of urban development projects. The author introduces the application of this method to analyze and measure the management efficiency of urban development projects.
