Abstract

In Vietnam, the constitutional protection activities to ensure the people's sovereignty are not regular and effective. Therefore, some documents, acts of state agencies still violate or restrict the People's sovereignty. To ensure the People's sovereignty through the Constitutional protection, it is necessary to focus on implementing some of the solutions mentioned in the article.
