The method of designing the scheme of optimal electrical connection set up basing on theanalyzing the componants of electrical transmiting cost that composes that the fisrt, the cost forbuilding the new line that connect directly from the connecting point to the loads, the second,the complementary cost to upgrades the old line that links from the power source to theconnecting point. The connecting levels realized according to the minimum cost that determinedbased on the comparison of the competitive solutions.The program solving the problem accurately and quickly. The program is written by usingVisual Basic language. The scheme of optimal electrical connection step by step can applyduring the process of planning and designing the electrical network.
