RESEARCHFNG BUILDING LAND INFORMATION DATABASE SYSTEM FOR LAND MANAGEMENT IN VAN CON COMMUNE, HOAI DUC DISTRICT, HA TAY PROVINCE

Abstract

Land Information System is a tool for making decision ans helping to land use planning and development. Applying informatic technology in Land management help local staffs working effective in making statistic report, land database inventory, and saving time for processing land information.Using Geographical Information System (GIS) in building land information database inVanCon commune, Hoaiduc district, Hatay is one of the objectives in this research. They include both spatial data and attribute data: Administration map. Land use map, non-agricultural map, road map, irrigational map with coordinate system VN-2000. Besides, using MapBasic and Visual Foxpro language to build 2 moduls software support for issuing Red Book certificates and copy parcel in Mapinfo software.This research has improved local staff knowledge about applying informatic technology as well as GIS into land management to make good the existing obstacles
