Strategic orientation for the quality accreditation of academic programs at Quang Ninh university of industry in accordance with circular no. 04/2025/tt-bgdđt

Abstract

This article analyzes the key innovations introduced in Circular No. 04/2025/TT-BGDĐT and proposes specific implementation solutions for Quang Ninh University of Industry. In the next phase, implementing academic program accreditation in accordance with the new Circular will not only enhance the university’s reputation and position within the national higher education system, but also strengthen institutional autonomy, improve student learning experiences, and affirm the university’s commitment to society regarding the quality of education and training.
