Abstract

The findings from a study conducted to assess the current level of Vietnamese language competency in the areas of Writing and Reading among 120 Stieng kids and 120 Kinh pupils at four primary schools in Binh Phuoc province indicate the presence of certain disparities, albeit not significantly divergent. This article addresses the topic of identifying the underlying cause and proposing an appropriate solution to mitigate the situation at hand.
