The East Sea (as called in Vietnam) is a sea surrounded by 9 countries: China, Philippines, Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and one territory is Taiwan. The East Sea is not only an important strategic area for countries in the region but also for Asia – Pacific and the rest of the world. The East Sea problem has very broad content. First of all, it is the matter of territorial sovereignty of countries along the East Sea coast, the matter of delimiting borders, continental shelves and overlapping areas between countries. In the 21st century, the East Sea matter is also a matter of freedom, security, international maritime safety, big countries vying for influence and other non-traditional security matters… Within the scope of this article, the author focuses on generalizing some viewpoint of the Communist Party of Vietnam on resolving East Sea matters in the current context.

The development of society along with today's science and technology has created contemporary art with a clear influence around the world. The current technological era has created conditions for teachers and learners to exchange, research and practice not only in campus or in domestic but also to exchange and learn with artists, researchers abroad. In this article, authors build a database of English - Vietnamese terminology about contemporary arts. Research is carried out through methods of collecting data, analyzing, synthesizing, classifying, systematizing and statistics. The research process has identified 1027 terms with a variety of structures, from simple terms, complex terms, abbreviations, acronyms. With this result, we have turned to experts and artists who have been regularly using contemporary art terms in the process of practicing art as well as in research and teaching to Evaluate. From the evaluation results obtained, authors have adjusted and disseminated them with the aim of providing additional language support in the teaching and learning process.

Mo is a featured religious activity which is very important in spiritual life of Muong ethnic group. Mo is not only a ritual performed at funerals but also contains the entire integrated values that form traditional Muong culture (worldview, outlook on life, ethnic history, social institutions, folk literature and art, beliefs and daily living habits...). Mo Muong in Ninh Binh province not only has the characteristics of Mo Muong in general but also has the unique local nuances of the Muong ethnic group here. Nowadays, the implementation of the ‘Mo’ heritage in Muong’s ethnic community in Ninh Binh province is fading away rapidly, it needs emergency protection while the research, conservation and value promotion activities here are still too few. The article focuses on presenting an overview of the origin, unique characteristics and current status of Mo heritage practice in the community as well as preserving and promoting the value of Muong Mo heritage in Ninh Binh province today.

CHAM DANCE ART IN THE RIJA CEREMONY

In Cham folk rituals and festivals, music and dance play an important role in creating the soul of the ceremony. Currently, the Rija ceremony system of Cham ethnic group includes 4 rituals: Rija Nâgar ceremony (new year dance ceremony), Rija Harei ceremony (daytime dance ceremony), Rija Dayep ceremony (night dance ceremony), Rija Praong ceremony (big dance ceremony). This is a ritual system of folk beliefs that includes many rituals of dancing, singing, music and drama, organized by the Cham ethnic group to pray to ancestors and gods for good weather and wind, health and good harvest. In the Rija ceremony, music and dance play a leading role from the beginning to the end, which are ceremonial songs, ceremonial dances... From a unified content, music and dance have completely replaced the human voice to dialogue with ancestors, grandparents and gods. In this article, the content refers to the role of ceremonial dances in the Rija ritual; from there, state the current situation and preserve ceremonial dances in the current period.

Phjia Mi Temple has a direct connection with the relic of Linh Quang Pagoda, forming a unique cluster of relics and playing an important role in the spiritual and religious life of the people in Hung Son commune in particular and the whole area of That Khe field, Trang Dinh district in general. Therefore, when Linh Quang Pagoda is restored, it is very important to pay attention to Phjia Mi Temple to create a reciprocity and help these relics promote their value in contemporary life.

The bronze bell is not only a Buddhist instrument but also a tangible heritage of the indigenous community, through the decorations and inscriptions on the bell, one can see its aesthetic, cultural and historical value. In Quang Binh province, the number of Nguyen dynasty bells in pagodas is not many, but they still show quite typical shaping and decorative features of the Nguyen dynasty. Through the method of field research, synthesis, collection and analysis of documents, the authors launched this research with the purpose of understanding the current situation. At the same time, the authors analyze, make statistics of the decoration system and make some comments on the historical and aesthetic value of Nguyen bronze bells at some pagodas in Quang Binh province, contributing to the preservation and promotion of Buddhist cultural values in the flow of national art.

POTENTIAL FOR DEVELOPING TOURISM ASSOCIATED WITH KHMER PAGODA IN THE MEKONG DELTA REGION

The aim of this research is to analyze the potential for the development of Khmer pagodas in the Mekong Delta region. The research involved surveying 115 tourists at Khmer pagodas engaged in tourism activities to assess the conditions for developing this type of tourism. The results indicate that tourists hold a positive view of the tangible, intangible and accessibility aspects of these pagodas. However, challenges persist regarding infrastructure, security and accommodation, dining facilities. Consequently, the research proposes solutions for the development of this tourism sector in the Mekong Delta region, including creating tourist routes, collaborating with travel agencies, enhancing the visitor experience, raising awareness among temple management, improving infrastructure and accommodation, dining services, developing local cuisine, enhancing the tourism workforce and marketing, advertising strategies.

Lo Lo Chai is a cultural village located at next Dragon Mountain in Lung Cu commune, Dong Van district, Ha Giang province. This place where the Lo Lo and Mong ethnic group living, which is not only famous for its beautiful natural scenery but also pristine, preserving intact the unique cultural features of the Lo Lo ethnic group on the rocky plateau of Dong Van. A village with walled houses, tiled roofs, traditional crafts such as embroidery, tile making, carpentry, festivals such as worshiping forest gods, new rice festivals, new house celebrations, folk dance. To assess the sustainable development of people in the exploitation and development of homestay tourism in association with environmental protection. The author relies on three aspects to assess resource degradation; waste collection and treatment activities in accordance with regulations; a number of threats from natural disasters and the ability to respond to natural disasters, based on reference to a set of criteria for assessing sustainable tourism development and regulations of state management agencies.
