   Đặt vấn đề: Bài báo trình bày kết quả khảo sát nhu cầu đào tạo bác sĩ chuyên khoa cấp 2 chuyên ngành hồi sức cấp cứu và khảo sát mức độ phù hợp mục tiêu của chương trình đào tạo với nhu cầu xã hội, mức độ phù hợp giữa chuẩn đầu ra của chương trình đào tạo với mục tiêu đào tạo, mức độ phù hợp giữa chuẩn đầu ra và cấu trúc, nội dung chi tiết chương trình đào tạo. Nhu cầu đào tạo bác sĩ chuyên khoa cấp 2 chuyên ngành hồi sức cấp cứu được 98,3% tỷ lệ người tham gia khảo sát khẳng định là cần thiết. Đồng thời, tất cả lĩnh vực và chuẩn đầu ra của chương trình đào tạo đều được trả lời mức độ phù hợp rất nhiều và phù hợp nhiều ở mức cao trên 80%.  
   Đối tượng, phương pháp: Một nghiên cứu cắt ngang được thực hiện trên sự đồng thuận của 120 đáp ứng viên đại diện cho các bên liên quan. Kết quả khảo sát được xử lý bằng Excel Microsoft Office 16.
   Kết quả: 05 nhóm nội dung được khảo sát trên 120 đối tượng tham gia khảo sát đại diện cho các bên liên quan đến nhu cầu đào tạo, mục tiêu, chuẩn đầu ra, cấu trúc, nội dung chi tiết của chương trình đào tạo bác sĩ chuyên chuyên khoa cấp 2 chuyên ngành hồi sức cấp cứu.
   Kết luận: 05 nội dung được khảo sát đạt được sự đồng thuận với tỉ lệ cao.

Abstract

   Background/Objectives: The article presents the results of a survey of the training needs for level 2 specialist doctors specializing in intensive care and examines the degree of compatibility of the training program's goals with social needs, the level of the compatibility between the outcome standards of the training program and the training objectives, the level of compatibility between the output standards and the structure and detailed content of the training program. There is a strong demand for specialized training for Level 2 specialists doctors in emergency resuscitation, with 98.3% of survey participants confirming its necessity. Furthermore, all aspects and outcome standards of the training program were highly rated, with over 80% indicating 'very suitable' or 'suitable'.
   Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted on the consensus of 120 respondents representing relevant stakeholders. Survey results were processed using Excel Microsoft Office 16.
   Results: 5 content groups were surveyed on 120 survey participants representing relevant parties regarding training needs, goals, output standards, structure, and detailed content of the specialized doctor training program. Level 2 department specializing in intensive care unit.
   Conclusion: 05 surveyed contents achieved a high consensus rate.
