Private economy - An important and basic driving force of economic growth and development in Vietnam

The documents of XII^th National Congress of Party (2016) showed clearly that private economy is an important driving force of national economy. The Resolution No. 10-NQ/TW dated 3^rd June 2017 of Party Central Committee has confirmed more clearly the role of private economy as well as the conception on facilitating the development of private economy. However, for the Resolution to be applied in real life, and for the private economy to have the opportunities of development and be the really important driving force of development, it must evaluate exactly its capability of being the driving force, point out the barriers to it, thence propose the conceptions and solutions for promoting the important and basic role of driving force of private economy in economic development of Vietnam.
