Abstract
In the context of globalisation, the internet and social media have become an indispensable part of social connectivity among ethnic minority workers. This article analyses the current state of social connectivity through the internet and social media among ethnic minority workers in several industrial zones in the Red River Delta, and the impacts of this connectivity on their lives and work, encompassing both positive and negative aspects. On this basis, the article proposes some suggestions to promote the positive aspects of social connectivity through social media, assisting ethnic minority workers in integrating into the developing industrial environment today and contributing to the nation’s overall development.
