Data were collected from over 800 students majoring in Economics and Business Administration, utilizing the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method for analysis. The findings reveal that support service quality has a positive influence on student satisfaction, with brand image serving as a significant mediator that strengthens students' attachment to the university. These results offer practical implications for university administrators and the Faculty of Economics, emphasizing the need to enhance support services and invest in brand development. This has propelled the need for the search and implementation of sustainable energy-saving solutions. In this study, we focused on the potential application of the Quiet-Revolution/GB (Gorlov) wind turbines as a promising solution for providing renewable energy to public lighting poles. Specifically, we designed and developed a lighting pole system with a 50W capacity, incorporating the Gorlov wind turbine, optimized for efficient operation even at low wind speeds. The turbine was designed with three blades, each with a twist angle of 64.1 degrees, a height of 1.5 m, and a radius of 0.5 m, aimed at achieving the highest efficiency. Through testing, we found that the turbine could operate on its own at wind speeds as low as 2.5 m/s, producing a 12V output and 50W power at wind speeds of 6 m/s and above, while maintaining a low noise level, highlighting the broad application potential of this solution in urban lighting. This study opens a new direction in the application of wind energy in public lighting systems, contributing to the reduction of energy costs and enhancing the sustainability of urban infrastructure.
2025-10-28T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) https://vjol.info.vn/index.php/tcdhnamcantho/article/view/122200Improving the legal framework on working time and rest periods to accommodate the demands of Industry 4.0 integration2025-11-21T04:04:28+07:00Nguyen Thi Kim Nhientapchikh_ktpt@nctu.edu.vn
Our country’s economy has gone through different periods of development, becoming more progressive and modern, in which one factor that plays a dominant role throughout and has contributed significantly to its success is the source of energy, human resources. Employers affirm that while graduates possess solid theoretical knowledge and positive attitudes, gaps remain in practical skills and responsiveness to real-world challenges. The study concludes that training quality, learning motivation, and institutional support are crucial in improving graduates’ adaptability.
