ISSUES THE NEW DISCOVERIES IN SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH: FROM MULTI-SECTOR APPROACH

Abstract

The essence of scientific research is to discover and find out new things. However, many scientific works, when they are defended and accepted, although they are considered by scientists as elaborate and serious, they are immediately identified as: there is nothing new! The question is: how do we perceive the new, identify, define, and evaluate the new in order to meet the correct requirements for scientific research? There have been a number of scientists discussing the new, in which, focusing exclusively on the new in the doctoral thesis work. There, each author has his own contribution, dissecting and adding different issues to clarify the new problem in science. This article, on the basis of focusing on analyzing research findings and developing theories from the fields of science, technology, and military culture to relate to reality in the fields of social sciences and humanities, contributes to supplemental sections, explaining specific aspects of what is new in a scientific work in different fields present.students.
