THE INHERITANCE OF NAIVE STYLE OF VIETNAMESE FOLK ARTS IN MODERN FINE ARTS (FROM 1945 TO 1975)

Abstract

Vietnamese folk art reflects naive, liberal, humor in Vietnamese people's culture and social life, thatis an inspiration ofmodern artists. In Vietnamese modern art from 1945 to 1975, many artworks with artistic and historical values were created andformedby studying and inheriting the naïve style of folkart in composition.At the present time, when folk culture and arts are gradually replaced by civilization, urbanism and globalization; the preservation, inheritance and promotion of the essences of folk art should be emphasized, especially in school education. It is necessary to initiate various forms of education to help learners become acquaintedwith folk artin a more inspiring way thatimprovesfolk art education for the younger generation.
