Abstract

Utilizing conventional scientific research
methods, this study successfully selected eight tests
to evaluate the specialized physical fitness and
technical skills of the Ho Chi Minh City University
of Economics women’s basketball team, comprising
four specialized physical fitness tests and four
technical skills tests. Initial assessments revealed
a high degree of homogeneity in the baseline
performance across the specialized physical fitness
and technical skills evaluation tests for the Ho
Chi Minh City University of Economics women’s
basketball team. The average values of these tests
were representative of the sample population.
