Abstract

The research process has built an extracurricular teaching program and an experimental process
for Badminton for students of the Forestry University to put into practice. The experimental process shows
that the physical strength of male and female students in the experimental group has improved after the
experiment and this growth is statistically significant (with t > t = 1.96, at the threshold of P < 0.05) in
6/6 indicators. This can be said to be due to the effectiveness of the extracurricular training program for
Badminton.
