Abstract
By using scientific research methods in
Sports and Physical Training, the study has selected
35 exercises to develop the endurance and speed of
male athletes in the national youth swimming team
with distance 200m freestyle. Through evaluating
the exercises selected for the experiment are
suitable and effective for young male athletes
swimming the 200m freestyle distance.
