CURRENT LAW ON REGISTRATION OF LAND, LAND-ATTACHED ASSETS AND CERTAIN LEGAL ISSUES RAISED

Abstract

Registration of land, houses and land-attached assets is an important content in the state management of land. This is a regular activity of the competent state agency to record information regarding land use rights, legitimate ownership right of assets on land, in order to ensure legal safety for land users, ensure legitimate rights and interests for land users during the process of using land and especially - create favorable conditions and necessary legal basis for the performance of civil transactions on land use rights. This article provides basic contents on registration of land, land-attached assets in accordance with the Land Law 2013’s regulations and evaluates some limitations in the legal regulations, accordingly proposes amendments for these legal provisions
