RESEARCH ON AWARENESS, ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR OF STUDENTS TOWARDS THE LGBT COMMUNITY AT GIONG ONG TO AND TRAN VAN GIAU HIGH SCHOOL

Abstract

The article presents the correlation and dependence between the awareness, attitudes and behaviors Giong Ong To high school and Tran Van Giau high school’s students in Ho Chi Minh City towards members of the LGBT community. Research results show that positive perceptions and attitudes will lead to positive behavior of students when interacting with members of the LGBT community. From the research results, we recommend that educators take necessary and timely educational measures to adjust the behavior of high school students in the school environment to avoid school violence and discrimination
