NEW PROVISONS UNDER THE 2015 CRIMINAL CODE ON STAGES OF COMMITTING A CRIME

Abstract

The paper determines and assesses new provisions under the 2015 Criminal Code on preparation for crime comission, incompleted comission of a crime as well as criminal liability for those cases and based on that suggests directions for further improving the provisions of the Criminal Code on stages of committing a crime and related issues.
