INADEQUACIES OF THE LEGAL PROVISIONS ON CHOOSING MEASURES TO SECURE THE PERFORMANCE OF OBLIGATIONS IN CREDIT GRANTING ACTIVITIES
Abstract
On the basis of the theoretical and practical issues on the right to choose measures to secure the performance of obligations in credit granting activities, the paper discusses some inadequacies or inconsistencies of the current law on the right to choose measures to secure the performance of obligations in credit granting activities and offers proposals for improvement.
