Abstract
The paper analyses the law-making experiences of the Federal Repulic of Germany in establishing full and strict legal grounds fighting against specfic acts of terrorism as well as the existence of terrorist organisations which are considered as the conditions for specific acts of terrorism. It also assesses the status quo of the provisions on terrorism crimes of the 1999 Crimal Code and the 2015 Criminal Code of Vietnam and offers directions for improvement.
