Abstract
The paper offers comments on the four issues: 1, Competence of employers to conclude labour contracts; 2, Types of labour contracts concluded with elderly employees; 3, Suspension of labour contracts; and 4, Termination of labour contracts in case of organisational changes as well as suggestions for improving provisions on labour contracts of the 2012 Labour Code and its guiding documents.
