The paper generally analyses the practice of teaching the intellectual property law in general and the intellectual property law in international trade in particular at some universitiesof the US, UK , Australia and Singapore for reference and seeking relevant experiences, and based on that offers some suggestions for teaching this module at Hanoi Law University.
