Abstract

The paper discusses the inclusion of specialised comparative law modules into curricular of some law schools in the US and points out the need of improving the curricular of Hanoi Law University by supplementing specialised comparative law modules in order to widen the knowledge for lawyers in the context of globalisation and international integration.
