REGULATION OF MARRIAGE RELATIONSHIPS INVOLVING FOREIGN ELEMENTS UNDER THE LAW OF KOREA AND SOME PROPOSALS FOR VIETNAM

Abstract

The paper offers comments on, and assessments of the advantages and disadvantages of the law of Korea regulating the marriage relationships involving foreign elements and proposes the amendment and supplementation of the law on marriage and family involving foreign elements of Vietnam.
