PROVISIONS OF THE 2015 CIVIL PROCEDURE LAW ON CIVIL PROCEDURE-CONDUCTING AGENCIES AND CIVIL PROCEDURE-CONDUCTING PERSONS

Abstract

Civil procedure-conducting agencies, civil procedure-conducting persons and the replacement of civil procedure-conducting persons are very important issues of the civil procedure law. The paper examines those issues in question, points out the new provisions of the 2015 Civil Procedure Code in comparison with the 2004 Civil Procedure Code and offers some proposals for the improvement of the civil procedure law in this regard.
