COMPETENCE OF THE COURT TO MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR AMENDING, SUPPLEMENTING OR REVOKING LEGAL NORMATIVE DOCUMENTS IN ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE

Abstract

The paper analyses and asssesses the limitations regarding the content and methods to exercise the competence of the court to make recommendations for amending, supplementing or revoking legal normative documents which the court deems to be illegal under the 2015 Law on administrative procedure; and it suggests some proposals to overcome those limitations through the amendment and supplement of the 2015 Law on administrative procedure.
