THE LAW OF JAPAN AND CHINA ON AIR POLLUTION AND POLICY SUGGESTIONS FOR VIETNAM

Abstract

The paper analyses the law of Japan and China on protection of air environment such as measures preventing and dealing with air pollution, and legal responsibilities of subjects causing air pollution including those of legal entities causing air pollution; compares the similarities and differences between the law of Vietnam and that of China and Japan on protection of air environment and based on that offers some suggestions for law improvement, epspecially the suggestions for making the Law on prevention and control of air pollution in Vietnam.
