Abstract

The paper analyses international law on the right to strike and the law of some other countries in comparison with that of Vietnam in this regard, comments upon the law of Vietnam on the right to strike and offers recommendations for its improvements with regard to the main issues such as the concept of strike, strike classification, strike organisation and lead, and strike steps and procedures.
