ASEAN COMMUNITY LAW – SOME THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ISSUES

Abstract

ASEAN Community was born in the late 2015 and the established legal frameworks for cooperation among ASEAN countries severs as an important basis for the formation of the ASEAN Community law. The paper analyses some theoretical issues on the ASEAN Community law and based on that it assesses the role and the insufficiencies of the ASEAN Community law and preliminarily offers some solutions for the development of the ASEAN Community law in order to ensure the efficiency of implementing the law of the Community.
