HANDLING DISPUTES BETWEEN FOREIGN INVESTORS AND THE STATE BY INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION WITHIN THE ASEAN FRAMEWORK

Abstract

Based on an overall analysis of handling disputes between foreign investors and the state under the commitments of ASEAN countries, the paper offers solutions to enhance the effectiveness of using the mechanisms to handle disputes betweem foreign investors and the state in order to strengthen the internal investment environment and to speed up the investment circulation within ASEAN.
