Using court precedents for legal education in the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia and Singapore and the reference to Vietnam

Abstract

The paper discusses the role of court precedents in legal education of some common law countries such as the UK, the US, Australia and Singapore. On that basis, it analyses the neccessity to use court judgments and precedents, and suggests the ways  to use them, for legal education in Vietnam.
